Never Again

I submitted a change to my reservation in writing 3 weeks prior to my checking in date; However, the owner did not honor my change, which was submitted earlier and documented by the leasing as instructed but he refused to change my check out date, even thought the leasing company verified my request. I am still waiting on my security deposit, so check other locations before renting this property or don’t make any changes to your reservations. The worst experience.
