“We experienced the MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE that you could possibly imagine at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel.
We had a small problem with our room that the Customer Service Staff resolved quickly and more than made up for the slight inconvenience.
Additionally, we were there to attend a funeral at Arlington National Cemetery and the dog sitter we had contracted with cancelled at the last minute.
While waiting for the dog sitter in the lobby, I was chatting with DES from Sheraton’s...
