“Toilet wasn’t functioning and I had call the help desk for maintenance”

“The area wasn’t great but it was available during a very dust time in the area. Not worth the higher price but limited choices. Room was surprisingly clean and large so bonus to the availability”

“Air Condition don’t work properly and tv doesn’t work a all, also the hotel don’t have coffee at the lo y for free for courtesy total disappointment”

“I made the trip for the wrong weekend by accident and the hotel never responded when I inquired about changing the date and I lost my money.. Long story short i stay at the Harborside a lot but from here on out i will not be choosing Harborside.”

“Two out of four exercise machines were broken. Spiders in the room and on the bed. There is no floor mat at the back door entrance. The tile floor was very slippery when entering from outside on a rainy day because the shoes were wet. I slipped and fell and hurt my knees. There was no wifi for two days.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Every staff member we encountered was polite, welcoming, and eager to help. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”
