“Our room was so hot, even with the thermostat turned all the way down. Our toilet ran the whole time. Rusty light fixtures in the bathroom. Fast elevators. Great pool. Won some money and gave it back to restaurants. They now charge a daily valet fee which kind of sucks as opposed to one fee for the stay. Vending machine and ice was working. Kiosk check in removed the ability to charm my way to a room upgrade. Resort fees have gotten out of hand at all Reno properties. Arcade needs some upgrades...

“The room was very dusty. It had a sticky substance on the floor. I didnt notice until walking around in my slippers and socks. There was HAIR everywhere. The sheets, the toilet, the shower, on the carpet. Since Covid I tend to bring my own cleaning supplies so i cleaned and that was that. But yuck!”
