“Water didn’t get as hot as I hoped and the maids didn’t clean and bring towels. Other than that it was a great stay. Also if you leave early for work nothing is open to grab food or coffee.”

“The towels were frayed at the edges, the shower curtain was messed up, the bed was old and really uncomfortable. The only good part of the stay was the bartender and the food.”

“The room was just what we needed, we stayed 6 or 8 nights thru out a couple week period while assisting my terminally ill brother and the staff was excellent the propertys good just a lil worn down from age and needing a face lift just like me approaching 50yrs old 😆 i can say the morning my brother passed the young lady in the office allowed us to check in at 8am and i appreciated that tremendously due to being up all night comforting my brother thru transitioning to his new life in a better...

“Rooms on first floor (down the hall from the lobby and then left smelled like smoke, even inside the room). Left there sick with bronchitis The prime rib dinner was delicious and a great value for the price. No other vegetables except carrots or potatoes offered ”

“Thermostat is apparently designed so that the A/C doesn’t stay at the set temperature at night, resulting in uncomfortably hot room. Also, under staffed, check-in wait time can be long.”

“The hotel was nice, and clean. However, the housekeeping staff cleaned our room every day while we were out skiing but did not replace the toilet paper or the "fun size" soap bar once during our stay of 5 days! My son and I were betting whether we would run out of T.P. barely made it, and had a sliver of soap that cpuld melt away in the sink. I paid good money to stay there and 1 more tiny bar of soap or another backup roll of T.P shouldn't be asking too much right?”
