“My room was okay. The front desk was terrible. Could not understand English. I reported that my phone on my desk in room 209 did not work. I was told by the lady, in broken English, that I could not call outside the hotel. I was very frightened. The pool was closed. I was initially told the pool was out of season. At a separate time. I was told the pool was closed due to a chemical imbalance, but it should open in a few days. The pool remained closed. The sun was out, and nowhere to sit. Not...

“The curtains, lamp, and sheet had stains. The desk chair looked like it had been clawed by wolves. The air conditioning did not get cool. The baseboards were rotted. The tub was made for small children. The microwave burnt my food and the fridge kept my food at room temperature. The ice machine didn’t work so ice was placed in zip loc bags in some kind of freezer. It was not worth the price. I think there better hotel options in the area. ”

“This property is old and not well maintained. While the room was clean(ish) the common areas like hallways, stairs, and elevator were dirty. Stains on carpeting, stains on bedding, stains on towels! Patchwork repairs such as mismatch pain etc everywhere. While the front desk staff was nice, there was zero hostility! I asked for extra pillows and a blanket which took 24 hrs to arrive. I stayed 4-nights and never had maid service once. And when I asked for maid service I was told no cuz they were...
