“I stayed 8 beds female room. It was best hostel in my journey. Kind staffs, very cleaned room with 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms. Good condition of mattress. If I have to go in Newcastle again, definitely i will stay over there.”

“Sono stato qui per un meeting e avevo bisogno di spendere il meno possibile, l'ostello è stato perfetto per questo presupposto. Le camere sono grandi (5 letti) e di sicuro lo spazio non manca, lo stato di conservazione è buono e si ha un generale senso di pulizia e ordine. Il personale è gentilissimo e veramente molto molto disponibile ad aiutare. Il bagno è una specie di monoblocco...non è proprio il massimo....ma se dovete usare l'ostello per dormire e spendere il meno possibile è l'ideale e...

“This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people.
The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices.

“Ich habe die Nacht in diesem Hotel sehr gut geschlafen. Das Bett war super bequem - nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich - und die Bettdecke ebenso klasse. Das Hotel wird nach und nach die Zimmer renovieren... meines kommt wohl auch bald dran. Gut - es war noch veraltet, aber auf jeden Fall wirklich sauber. Hier hätte ich es auch noch ein paar Nächte aushalten können.”

Only minor issue, the windows only have blinds, these do not effectively block out the light so awake quite early.
On the whole excellent.”

The staff are first class and happy to help.
Only one personal complaint, the area outside the window is the smoking area and with it being hot, I had to keep the window open which meant the smell of tobacco and weed would fill the room and the loud conversations were annoying.
I am although happy to recommend the hotel.”

"Very basic hotel, requiring refurbishment. The main problem: they offer brekfast using a Gym structure 50-100m away out of the parking. This structure is not suitable for food and the breakfast is very poor and NOT cheap. Apart from this, there is no agreement with the hotel and you have to sign a book each time you enter. Sure I'll NOT came back."
