Casa unica con struttura in legno con camino in pietra situata nella comunità sicura dell'Illinois / parte di St. Zona metropolitana Louis. Perché combattere il traffico e preoccuparsi del parcheggio o della sicurezza? Gli ospiti adorano il nostro chalet pulito e tranquillo nell'accogliente città di Waterloo.

3 camere da letto 2 bagni dispone di 2 letti queen size e 2 letti singoli per ospitare 6 persone max. Camera da letto soppalco con balcone privato. Fornito con elettrodomestici da cucina, cucina e sala da pranzo, lenzuola e asciugamani, accappatoi, 3 televisori, lettore dvd, lavatrice / asciugatrice. Wi-Fi gratuito e cavo premium (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax), biliardino.
Camper, roulotte, parcheggio per moto, strada privata attraverso la proprietà dalla strada principale al vicolo / strada secondaria.

Dall'altra parte della strada dalla fermata dell'autobus storico tappa, Peterstown House. A pochi passi da ristoranti, teatri e negozi. Concerti della band del martedì sera estivo e serie di concerti della domenica in piazza. Area campi da golf pubblici, parchi, cantine e due aziende produttrici di birra artigianale. Facile guida al centro di St. Louis e centri commerciali più grandi. Vicino a 255, I-55, I-44, I-64 e I-70

Beautiful Home

We and our friends truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The architecture and uniqueness of this property is amazing. It had everything we needed and would be perfect for families with children also. It is centrally located in Waterloo and is close to many interesting restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend.

Great small town spot

Great communication with owner- and a really nice house with a cute small town setting. We had four kids and two adults and we all fit comfortably. The older kids loved the board game loft- and we appreciated the baby gates on all the stairways. Thanks!

A really nice place

The house is very nice. Near St. Louis yet in a nice small town. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us. A bedroom with twin beds upstairs, a master bedroom on the main floor, and another queen bedroom downstairs. An impressive place!

Beautiful chalet with everything you need!

Absolutely loved staying at the Timberwolf! Rika was wonderful to work with and provided a bunch of recommendations within walking distance. The chalet is beautiful! The whole layout was inviting and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. My daughter and son-in-law stayed in the main floor bedroom and said the bed was nice and comfortable. I stayed downstairs and enjoyed the cool privacy as well as the firm bed! I have back issues so the mattress really helped me get a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the claw foot rub in the upstairs bathroom! Rika thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us! We loved our stay and will definitely book again if we are in the area!

Home away from home

From the moment you walked into the chalet you felt at home it was warm & inviting and decorated beautifully. It was the perfect place to stay with my pup we enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood. I visited the Cahokia Mounds State historical site and found it very interesting I would recommend it to anyone who likes history. Overall our stay was wonderful & I would stay here again if passing thru Waterloo.

Great stay if you want to get away from it all

Charming dog friendly chalet located in scenic town. Quiet, beautiful landscaping with a large, diverse bird population. Well equipped kitchen and lots of local dining recommendations provided. Enjoyed good local restaurants with easy parking.

this property is very well kept, clean, and full of amenities. It was great for our family as we have a toddler, and the built in wooden gates on the stairs were great, as well as the owner supplied playpen and high chair and toddler seat. Owner was quick to respond to both questions we had. I highly recommend.

perfect, just what we were looking for

First Step in the Cottage and we already fellt confortable. Very clean, lots of space, books, games, Video for a chil day. Everything is there you need for a vacation. Supermarkets, Restaurants are really close. There is even a family video Store in town. If we come back Next year, we deffently rent this place again. thank you Rika for a nice stay.

Loved our Visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the chalet in Waterloo. At first I was hesitant to book because we were planning on spending so much of our time in St Louis. So glad we did because in 25 minutes you can be in the downtown area. We attended a baseball game, the arch, Budweiser and other downtown attractions. We also managed to enjoy a couple of great meals in Waterloo and a hike. Chalet was very clean. Everything you need is provided. Love the pay it forward approach and our only regret is that we could not stay longer!

Great getaway in a great little town!

Our family of 5 truly enjoyed the slowed down pace of Waterloo, with a walk through the little shops and dinner at Gallagher’s! The Chalet was beautiful, well kept and clean, and it had everything we needed, and the owner was great to work with, and promptly answered our questions prior to booking. We throughly enjoyed our time here as our first stop on our family vacation! We also loved the Bean Tree Cafe! Delicious and was worth the stop on our way out of town! Thank you Rika for sharing your home with us! My only regret is not making it to the Vintage Wine Bar! Perhaps next time!

Perfect!

The chalet looked exactly like the pictures. It was a beautiful house and setting in the historic town of Waterloo. It was VERY clean, comfortable and close to St. Louis. We came for my son's graduation at Wash U. and commuted back and forth each day. It housed my whole family comfortably. We could spend evenings together in the living room and around the dining room table and were not separated by staying in different hotel rooms. I would recommend this Chalet to anyone coming to St. Louis or the surrounding area!
