Hotel vicino a Wattle Bay - Auckland

“Rooms are spacious, bed does split in the middle when you’re laying on it or do any big movement, though is super comfy. Blinds are not black out, you still see light coming through the middle gap or sides. The common areas are really nice. Staff are welcoming and free parking available on the road right outside hotel if you’re not wanting to pay for parking. ”

“It’s a great place to stay before and after overseas trips. Comfy beds and a nice breakfast. You can choose to eat as little or as much as you like. This is in a quiet location. I have stayed here many times and would recommend it.”

“Do not exspect early shuttle to Airport as the staff are not interested . Also ring and confirm a parking space as staff will not accommodate your car if travelling out of Auckland ”

“We stayed 1 night for waiting the flight of the day after. Staff was very professional and kind. The room was full furnished, clean and tidy. International Breakfast well served. Excellent the shuttle service to airport. Highly recommended.”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“Arrivo a Auckland alle 5 del mattino ho chiesto il giorno prima via mail se era possibile avere un early check in ma niente mi è stato risposto solo dopo le 2 pm Aspetto così 8 ore davanti alla reception Per poi darmi una lettera di benvenuto con la scritta che l hotel è disponibile per un early check in Ok ma se ti danno questa possibilità dopo che hai fatto check in che servizio è? All interno 2 drink in omaggio che visto l attesa eterna di 8 ore avrebbero potuto chiedermi prima se volevo...

“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”

“Room was very small compared with other stay for the same $$$ The other stays had a kitchen & microwave etc …. Parking was great & staff were good. Restaurant in this complex was lovely.”

“Easy parking and reasonably secure. Even though the motel is on the very busy Great North Road we didn't hear traffic noise. Rooms were spotless. A few more kitchen utensils would be handy, such as a microwave oven dish. Overall a very pleasant three night stay.”

“We like a tv in bedroom for early morning movies, but the 1 bed suite had tv in lounge, not that comphy chairs to watch a movie. Otherwise clean and comphy hotel”

“We had a lovely stay. Michael was so friendly, our room was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Despite not technically having breakfast included, there was a very nice communal full kitchen and a great selection of toast, cereals, spreads, and milk available for all, as well a nice espresso machine. Very conveniently located near the Remuera train station. The gazebo/sun-room was absolutely gorgeous in the mornings. We felt very at home! ”
