Bathroom was huge with a bath which was nice but no way to control the room temperature which was on the cold side especially at night in October. It seems towel rail and heating were connected but was off. Staff didn’t seem to know how to deal with this issue. Hot water bottle needed if visiting this time of year. ”

“La Struttura e un po datata ma funzionante e funzionale, le camere sono ampie e dotate di tutto cio che serve, la mia non aveva il frigorifero e l'armadietto era piuttosto piccolo. Molto vicino a Cardiff Bay area, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. La colazione e varia e ricca (15 pounds ad adulto). ”

“Such a beautiful apartment with everything you need for your stay. Very clean and welcoming, in a quiet area. The apartment is light, bright and airy. The communication is spot on and even though the apartments dont have a reception area, it only takes a phone call to address your questions. I highly recommended and will definitely be coming back. Yes, big tick from me.”

“Belle camere con ogni confort. Pulite e con una bella vista. Peccato per il bagno da aggiustare ; lo scarico era intasato e mi sembra strano che la donna delle pulizie non se ne sia accorta. Non mi sono lamentata perché ho fatto una sola notte ma è stato un pochino deludente. Ottima la posizione.”

“Arrived pretty late but a warm welcome from the staff, the complimentary drink on arrival was well received and nice surprise. We stayed in the Langford Room which was amazing, lovely a clean, nice little things like the cookies and a welcome personalised note. Miles was excellent, spent time chatting with us and telling us about the area and where to go. Would highly recommend and will definately be back ”

“Nice hotel next to Temple Meads station and 20 minutes from city center. The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. I just have to say that the air conditioner was a bit too loud. ”
