“Clean room and great breakfast”

“Our family has stayed at 5 different hotels in the last few weeks. This one was at the top of our list. Thank you for a clean, well-managed property!”

“The manual shade didn’t cover the window all the way and there were no curtains so light came through in the morning. There were cobwebs on the wall and ceiling corner. No new roll of toilet paper. Body wash dispenser was nearly empty when we arrived and we didn’t discover this until we were in the shower. Room and hotel have absolutely no character or style. Pool closed too early. Hallways were loud.”

“It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...

“Rooms are clean, nice staff, good location for area . This is a hotel maybe built in the 70’s but is well kept , good price. Rooms are not fully soundproof from outside noise.”

“This hotel was easy to find, with good parking available. The rain shower in the bathroom was my favorite part of the 1 night that we stayed. The employees seemed nice and approachable. We didn’t use the pool or gym. They’re pretty small & we were tired from driving. The breakfast in the morning was ok, typical hotel food, but much appreciated! The mattresses are FIRM. My husband liked that, but I need a softer mattress.”

“Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. With a checkout time of 11, the pool should open before 10. There isn't enough time to swim and shower. If you offer coin laundry, one washer and one dryer are insufficient. Security cameras that are high enough quality to ID the guy who broke into our car would have been nice too.”

“There's no gym practically just a few little things and they're broken definitely recommend staying somewhere where are they amenities are much nicer but in a pinch it's okay”

“The place is beautiful and tucked into the woods. I recommend taking a screenshot of the instructions while you have cell service since it cuts in and out when you're that deep in the hills. You have wifi in the room which is great. Loved the property! There's a community kitchen in the lodge for all your cooking needs.”

“This property is a long way from a true Hilton.. The walls are paper thin, you hear every thing and I do mean everything! No microwaves, or coffee pot in the room. The smells from paint to pot are all abound. Lets talk about the dogs, I love animals, but sometimes they need to stay home. They ranged from poodles to labs and yes they barked. I was at this hotel because Expedia goofed and I had to pay the price. It won't happen again. Do better Hilton. I didn't bother with there so called...

“Nice quiet stay. We had an issue with the ac not coming on and we called the front desk and the young man came right away and got it fixed and was very polite. We’d definitely stay again.”

“This hotel has a large type field to it, by design, and doesn’t deed sport of view of the nearby mountains if you were on the correct side. The pool area is very pretty with the same Mountain View, but the pool is awfully cold! Still, it’s a pretty setting, and I utilized it.
