“Nice property. Friendly staff. Our room was by the elevators and we asked to be moved to a quieter location. Though they tried, we were unable to be moved. It was inconvenient being woken up multiple times at night due to the elevator noise and loud guests. The Residence Inn in the same neighborhood offers free breakfast and parking.”

New lock pad system was sensitive to use and could not get into room at first. First night no heat. Next day got a portable room heater to use. No staff on duty in evening. Had to call someone for help getting into room.”
