“The pictures they use on their advertisements are of the suites, which you have to pay an extra 100 dollars just to have a microwave and fridge. The room we got did include a broken couch so that was nice I guess. When we found out about the extra fee and said that we would want it and lady have us a very nasty look, kinda like this 🙄. Other than that, stay was ok.”

“The pull out sofa is extremely uncomfortable. There is no way to get a good night sleep on metal with no real cushioning. We had to put the cushions from the sofa on top of it to make it into a comfortable bed. Please replace the pull out sofa beds or provide extra padding to your guests.”
