“We went during off season period when the hotel was practically empty. They gave us one of the worst rooms over the garage where you literally hear the grinding door open each time any guest arrives at all hours of the day or night and wakes you up. “The hotel was very calm and relaxing. There was a small river right in front of my room(E104), and I really enjoyed the sound of the water. They also have several pools, hot tubs, and outdoor BBQ grills. We enjoyed everything there. Finally, they provide a shuttle service that operates from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., so we could go anywhere we wanted, and they would even pick us up quickly from anywhere in the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Aspen.”
