It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. Our room in the older part of the hotel was quirky and so comfortable with lovely views,...

“L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla in mezzo alle colline e a 15 minuti dalla splendida Rhossili; l'accoglienza è stata super cordiale e anche lo staff dell'ottima colazione era davvero gentile. La stanza era pulita e l'arredamento in stile country era davvero perfetto. Super consigliato!”

“E' inziato male....al check in ho chiesto una wake up call per la mattina seguente h 630, loro hanno confermato ma...non mi hanno chiamato, mi sono svegliato alle 8 da solo con conseguenze negative e ritardi sugli appuntamenti di lavoro. Lo ho fatto presente loro hanno detto che non ho risposto (!) alla chiamata. Il giorno dopo ho fatto la stessa cosa, mi sono messo la sveglia al cellulare 10 minuti prima, ho atteso che squillasse la sveglia hotel alle 630 am ma niente (la suoneria del telefono...

“Absolutely amazing and helpful staff. I had loads of luggage and they helped me to the room with it all so I didnt have to run up and down. Lots of information about the area and what an area. In the mountains and with the river running through the town. The room itselfs was spotless clean, warm and inviting. A quiet nights sleep in a oh so comfortable bed. Would happily stay here again. Loved it. ”
