Resort e hotel con spa a West Kissimmee

“Todo bien”

“Comoda sistemazione per visitare Orlando e i suoi dintorni. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Consigliato! ”

“The bed was wet so inasked the linens to be changed while we were out and I came back and they just left new linens on the stairs .”

“Stanza pulita, caffè e acqua disponibile sempre. Personale gentile”

“We had a great time. The location was amazing and the convenience of a home is unmeasurable. Cheers! ”

“Make sure to ask if the hot tub that is on the listing is working and available. I booked this place because it had a hot tub to later find out when i get there it doesnt work. The host failed to put on the listing that the hot tub wasn't working due to maintenance issues. The host's excuse was the hot tub was not listed as an available amenity but the listing still had the pics of the hot tub on it. ”

“This was a disaster from the start. Check in was very slow only to be told we needed to go to another line to get a parking pass. Which made no sense. When we got to the room the bathroom was filthy. Our second day there we were locked out of our room because the battery to the pin pad had died. The next day we did a load of laundry and the water was Brown ruining multiple articles of clothing. This was the second straight nightmare of a stay for a Hilton hotel.”
