“Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. However, there were a couple of things that made our stay less enjoyable. One issue was that the pool towels were taken away as soon as you left the pool area, which was very inconvenient. Also, the hotel was kept extremely cold, especially in the common areas.
