Resort e hotel con spa a West Kissimmee

“I went there to celebrate my 75th birthday. 18 of my family members came from Pittsburgh Minnesota and California. All had great rooms. We had a suite that overlooked the pool so did the others. The valet staff was wonderful. We had 2wheelchairs and 2 walker to unload every time we got in the car. The entire resort was wheelchair accessible. We had a fabulous time in pool and water park both younger and older grandchildren. Would love to go back,,”

“Terribly disappointing . We booked this pool home to enjoy a week with our 2 sons and couldn’t use the pool as the heater was broken . We tried for a few days to get answers regarding the pool and staff were indifferent . I asked to speak with a Manager and they didn’t even have the courtesy to call back . I asked to be moved to another house and they wouldn’t . I asked for a partial discount and they wouldn’t . I was offered $100 restaurant credit ! Useless pool and hot tub and 2 very...

“L hotel molto bello , dista due mezzi , per andare ai parchi principali , un battello e poi un pulman . Ci sono 50 dollari al giorno , non a notte , ma al giorno, che l hotel si prende in modo obbligatorio , per internet e i trasporti . Stanze belle e pulite d grandi . E moderne . ”
