You have to treat it like an Air B&B, meaning that you'll need to have some supplies with you but honestly it was great because I didnt need to call or rely on someone bringing items we use everyday to us. “Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the hotel. The only negative experience was the check-in process. We arrived around 1:00 p.m. and understood that the official check-in time is 4:00 p.m., but we checked with the front desk several times to see if our room was ready and unfortunately had to wait until after 4:00 p.m. before we were able to get into our room.
