Cottage a West Madison

“Paid over $300 for 2 nights Couch bed had no sheets Ripped curtains No coffee or water Oily face / palm prints on the window Amenities- one broken soap bar+ ripped towels Shower barely working But the worst part is staff: don’t pick up the phone , nasty attitude. Right at 11 knocked multiple times telling us that we needed to check out, followed by a phone call stating:” Are you checking out or what ?””

“Room was clean and bed was comfy! Breakfast was great and my toddler looooved the little water park! We will definitely be back! ”
