“During a very busy weekend, due to the UW-Madison graduation ceremonies, everyone at this hotel was very nice and accommodating during the 4 days we were there. Everything was nice and the employees, at the front desk, the breakfast servers, housekeeping, etc., were top notch.”

“This place is absolutely disgusting . Trash and garbage everywhere. The stench coming from our room was so bad even after housekeeping was done cleaning that we could not even enter the room. There is no elevator and the surrounding areas are unsafe. The property looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. We left and never even stayed . DO NOT STAY HERE”

“There was a barking dog and a very loud TV in the adjacent room. The TV was on continuously even at night. I told front desk staff but nothing was done. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“It appears that their reservation software was not working. Took FOREVER to check in only to be given a room key to an occupied room. Clerk then had to go to the new room to confirm it was available before I could get a new room. Cleaning staff pounded on my door fairly early in the morning apparently not knowing that I was checking out later that morning.”
