“Checking in pleasant and easy. One of the 2 elevators wasn’t working so long waits to get to 5th floor and back. The fire/smoke alarm went off 2 times in our room during the nite. At 4:30am we asked to be moved to another room. In both rooms we had, the bottom sheet did not fit the mattress and came off the corners all night. The second room we moved to had a VERY firm mattress making it uncomfortable to sleep. While trying to go down to breakfast we could not get the one working elevator...

“Checked in around 5pm, and we’re given our keys to the room. When we got to the room, the room was open and a pile of dirty laundry was stacked in the doorway. We found a cleaning person, who was able to stop what she was doing, to move all the linens. She reassured us the room was clean.”
