This is my 3rd time staying at this property, it meets everything needed for a scuba diving and the owner is very accommodating to all our needs. I will continue using this place for future trips.

Very Modern Interior - Great Property Manager

The interior of the house was very eclectic but with lots of updates. The property manager was very responsive on a couple of issues - cord fell off a TV, water was out for a couple hours. Everything was given priority attention. Location was ideal for everything - spring training - both parks we visited were only 15-20 minutes from the house. The location and surrounding homes were somewhat old and many looked a bit shabby. But I walked around the neighborhood and anyone I encountered was very friendly.

Good place

Expensive remodeling but the craftsmanship was poor. Furnishings were also expensive but showed some wear. Floor was dirty upon arrival. Our feet and socks were dirty after walking in the house. Some furniture was dusty. Three small problems arose but Simone was immediately responsive. Landscaping was beautiful and extensive. Garage was a plus. Location seemed safe. It was across from a high school and one block from a fire station.

We stay in the area every spring for spring training. Had my family of six this year. My pros and cons.Pros:Lots of space, even better considering the price.Place was clean and tastefully decorated Access to a garageLinens and other extras all newer and niceOverall well worth the priceConsRecently renovated but don’t expect all brand new. Area was very basic and not tourist friendly but only 5 minute drive to much nicer areas

Minutes From Cancellation

I reached out to the host for check in information 3 hours before the 4pm check in. The host replied 22 minutes later stating she would provide check in information by 3pm. At 3pm I inquired again about check in information. I received no reply. I inquired again about check in information at 3:45pm, again no reply. At 4:15pm I suspected I had paid for a fraudulent VRBO listing, so I called VRBO customer support and began the process of reporting the VRBO host/listing of being a hoax. The customer service representative was helpful, but the process was lengthy. Finally around 4:40pm (while I was still on the phone with VRBO customer service) the host responded with the check in/entry info. I was literally minutes away from having the reservation cancelled and refunded. The lack of communication from the host was unacceptable. The unit was good, except for one of the showers does not have hot water. Would not stay here again due to the poor communication.

Not Clean, Yellow Water...

In Short we didn't stay. Host was non responsive to questions and key code, finally got a reply just before check in at 4pm. Coffee Pot had at least 3 rings from old coffee, water was yellow, lots of broken things. Could not see showering, brushing my teeth or washing dishes in that water, asked for refund immediately. The response to that was quick and a partial refund was done fairly quickly, still waiting on full refund. Where is the rest of my refund ?

Perfect for our needs

This VRBO was exactly what we needed for a weekend in west palm. The owner was very responsive and thorough in booking, checkin and check out procedures. Will definitely consider booking again next time we’re in the area.
