“I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs. ”

“My stay at the Kenect Phoenix was amazing! The staff was friendly. I was able to drop off my luggage after arriving early morning before check-in. I got back to the hotel about an hour before check-in and the front desk clerk was able to get me into my room before time. The hotel is about a 8-10 min walk to the convention center, restaurants and Fry's Grocery store. The city scooters were convenient as well if you don't want to walk too far.
