“I only booked the room to spend the evening at the pool. The pool was nice and maintained but I did not like that they stopped serving food at 4pm and that’s check in time at the resort. Another thing was the bar and slides closed at 5pm which I thought was pretty early. Didn’t get to have the pool experience I was expecting.”

Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, but the service experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The Positives: First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic.
