“Albèrgo nuovo, situato in zona strategica vicino le principali arterie. Stanza grande, servizio quasi inesistente, pulizia poca... Addirittura la stanza è stata pulita 2 volte in 6 giorni, così come il cambio biancheria”

“The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and accommodating. The a/c was only in the sleeping area, so the living area was warm with the door shut. If you take the stairs(no sign to tell you otherwise) to get outside the security may accost you for doing so. Also the pool closes at 9pm, which seems odd due to the fact there are no rooms near it and a lot of pools go later than that. The breakfast was good and the omelets were restaurant quality.”

“Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc”

“I believe they put us in a room typically meant for guests with pets, so the minor damages were to be expected, but overall it was clean, well decorated, quiet and professional. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Contemporary design has good eye appeal. Upon finding the Hotel it is difficult to find check in and no parking area to facilitate that. Our friends who met us there use handicap parking and there is no way they would be able to come in the front door. They had to call the hotel from downstairs to be let in so they could check in! Were you trying to make this difficult or just targeting the 30 - 40 crowd with just a carry in bag? There was just ONE complimentary water in our room, come on!! they...

“Stayed here for 2 days came in my hotel and the window screen was broke, the TV was broke, and the front door would not shut it stayed open all 2 nights. Staff was terrible they never helped out and they are very rude and disrespectful! I would not recommend this hotel to stay at.”
