“The facility overall was clean and had necessary kitchen needs. (However the coffee pot didn’t work properly) New washer / dryer worked well. Both bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Bedrooms were ok. Double bed a little soft for my likings, but that’s just my preference. Parking was good. Garbage dumpster available and handy. Neighbors across from us were nosy 2 nights and also barking dog one night. I would stay here again.”

“Habitación limpia como siempre; personal amable… solo que en esta ocasión me tocó presenciar que estaba desayunando una familia y llegaro la chica de el hotel quitando todo lo de la barra desayunadora, cabe decir que ya eran las 9:30 el horario en el que se termina el desayuno, pero me pareció grosero porque literal nada más espero que saliera el waffle de la señora y quito todo, no les dio oportunidad de hacer alguno más o de tomar más jugo.”

“El hotel parecía bueno, pero el primer día la bajar al desayuno era insuficiente para la cantidad de gente que había en el Hotel, al Hablar con la gerente quien groseramente me contestó que es todo lo que había, en la mañana siguiente amanecimos con cucarachas en el cuarto , matamos una en el baño y otro cerca de las camas. Al hablar con Ana Rodríguez gerente del hotel nos dijo que en todos lados hay cucarachas, que si no nos gustaba y no dejábamos de molestar hablaría a la policía. NO...

“Es hotel que tienes muchos aspectos buenos pero lo más lo importante que es el descanso no sirve. Tiene unos aires acondicionados que hacen demasiado demasiado ruido parece que tienes un motor prendido dentro de tu habitación no descansé nada. Habiendo dicho esto de nada sirve que todo lo demás sea promedio si no puedes descansar. ”

“This is the BEST place to stay in the valley. The staff are awesome. every single staff member I encountered, I give them a 10. I had family members come in also for the weekend and I recommended them to stay there and they also loved it. We will be back next month and will be definitely staying there. The rooms are great. The staff is awesome. The breakfast was phenomenal.Thank you!!”
