“The room was awful. It was stained sheets and nasty blankets. They refused to accommodate my Disabled mom to a first floor room. They wouldn’t allow my 10 yr old daughter to eat free. The food was awful bacon and potato tastes rotten. The ac was dirty and whistled all night. The bathroom door didn’t close and doorknob was coming off door. Also they try to charge for everything but it’s not even clean or working condition. Staff is rude and not helpful to some and other super friendly. Worst...

“I normally do not leave reviews but this was advertised as exceptional and 9.2. While it was clean, it is very basic, older student style housing close to the UTRGV. The surrounding dwellings are run down, and the area is certainly not good for more than just needing a place to crash for the night. ”

“There is no hot tub, they need to update the photo on website. Other than that it was great! The room, bathroom, and pool were all clean. Breakfast was neat too, really nice. My family& I enjoyed it and will most probably stay there again.”

“There were a lot of kids eating in the pool and throwing trash in the pool. The parents were sitting out there with loud music and alcohol. The hot tub didn’t work.”

“Room was clean and well maintained. Pool was nice and clean. Staff allowed to do a late check out which was very helpful being that we were there for a football tournament. Breakfast was great, variety of choice for even the picky eaters like my son. Overall great experience!”

“Estás instalaciones estaban muy sucias me entregaron el cuarto muy sucio y les pedí que me cambiarán de cuarto y me dijieron que era muy tarde para cambiarme y que al otro día hiban a limpiarme el cuarto y si fueron pero no limpiaron nada solo pusieron toallas así me la pasé 3 días y nunca lo limpiaron.. muy mala experiencia”

“Me sorprendió mucho las instalaciones: Estufa eléctrica de dos Microondas Frigobar Área apartada con desayunador en el exterior hay área de Grill para asar carne Happy Hour El desayuno estaba rico El personal super atento La ubicación es excelente y está avalado de una gasolinera donde venden muchas cosas básicas en caso de necesitar algo”
