“I don't often write reviews, but I'm happy to do so in this case. I grew up in San Antonio and was in town visiting family during my stay. It's been a long time since I've ventured into the touristic heart of my hometown, let alone stayed there, but I'm very glad I gave Mokara a chance. Everything about my stay at Mokara impressed me. “this was the perfect family stay! 10/10 recommend. the service was top notch”

“No housekeeping- we stayed 2 night and they apologized and offered to do it tomorrow- which was the day we left. Shower door had stripping loose, safe did not work at all, bathroom main door would not stay closed so it let sunlight it a daybreak. The hotel staff was unable to find my Bonvoy account until the next day when I showed it to them. People were very kind, just not up to what we would expect”
