Strutture La Quinta Inn & Suites a West Texas

“Bathroom was falling apart. Toilet paper holder was coming off the wall and shower curtain holder was extremely loose on both ends causing curtain to slide down to the middle causing splash from shower to fall onto tile floor making it slippery. Slight musty odor coming from ac unit. Other than that, no everything else was fine.”

“Kristen, help me, she was completely amazing. While the other lady wasn't quite nice because the first room they gave me had hair. Everywhere and the second one was much better due to Kristen. She is greatly appreciated and she should be the face of the front desk”

“I did not like that I reserved a room with a king-size bed and got a two-small-bed room. The room was in terrible conditions. Patches all over the walls and roof, the fire alarm was missing which created a hole in the wall. The sheets smelled bad and i had stains all over the pillow covers. Shower head did not work properly”
