Wide range of age appropriate games and toys for everyone. The beach was amazing and just a quick drive down the road. We scooted over to NH for tubing down the Saco River one day. “We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary at this property. It was ideal for a large group. Plenty of room for multiple families to have privacy and extra room for the teens to hang out! Picturesque location. It’s close to town but you feel like you are in the country. We didn’t leave the property. Between the waterfront, ATV, fire pit, covered porch, lush green yard and game room, everyone found something they enjoyed! We can’t wait to book again.”

“The property is located on Kettle Cove on Sebago Lake. It is in a no wake zone for it is perfect for kayaking. The covered dock is perfect for meals and for viewing lake activity. “The house was very clean and cozy. It is in a wooded area so there are ants inside, but that was no reflection on the cleanliness. If you have lower back troubles the couch may exacerbate them, but with a few extra pillows I found it to be just fine. Very nice place all around. ”

“We had a perfect extended family getaway by the lake. The sandy beach, dock and paddle gear made our stay so much fun! The in-law apartment worked out great to give us all space while still being so close. ”

“Great little house. Had everything you would need. Air conditioning, towels, linen, soaps, shampoo. Dock was just down a long driveway. It was nice to fish at and lounge on. We didn’t use the kayaks but they were right at the lake for use with life jackets inside the house. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay.”
