“This was an amazing place to stay! There are not many options in the small town yet even if there were I’d choose this one everytime! Clean, cozy, and unique! We loved it!”

“The host was great, the location was great, and the place was great. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were perfect for what we needed. There was a lot of pet hair and the shower is really small are the only two complaints. The host had the place ready for us and allowed us to come in early since there wasn't someone there the previous night. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Gary and Jody's house is awesome. I have enjoyed to stay during my vacation. The property is very clean and amenities are well equipped. Gary is easy to reach out and very quick response back. I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again.”

“Spacious layout, perfect for a snowcation. Plenty of amenities, we never wanted/needed anything. Balcony view of the skate rink was nice. The shower size, and water pressure, and heat was EXCELLENT. Walking distance to our rental place, and about a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Gondola. ”

“Checking in to get door code was ruff. Hard to do when they want lots of stuff sent while driving in mountains. And don't think it works great. ”

“This condo had been updated and interior was very nice with view of river run gondola and slopes. . Needs a new shower head as the way the stream breaks up makes the water slight warmer than lukewarm. Tv in bedroom would freeze, not sure if it was dish issue ir tv issue. Ski locker room was great with plenty of room. Steam room in garden floor was not working during our stay which. Was a bummer, and there were no pool/hot tub towels on Sunday. Be patient for elevators bc they are slow. ”
