Hotel a Westgate

“Great hospitality and breakfast was delicious. Bee rock is located adjacent to the property and beautiful views.”

“This property is not safe for anyone! Very disgusting! The floors were black and you stuck to them ! None of the outlets worked in the place. No tv. Drug attacks everywhere. The pool was half full of green matter and frogs, possibly a dead body or two ! And the stink is unbearable!”

“Room was clean and the AC/Heating was superb. The water pressure and temperature was super great!”

“The rooms tv didnt work, half the lamps didnt, there was mold in the shower and behind the mirror, there were cockroaches and other bugs all over the room. The bed had stains in it, cigarette holes, and a wet spot when i arrived. The entire property smells like marijuana outside.”

“The only thing that we were not happy with was that there were fruit flies in both rooms that we acquired other than that everything else was fine”

“Minimal staff, only the receptionist. No one tidied up my room or replaced towels or coffee supplies. My shower had what I think was pseudonymous growing in the corners and the floors were pretty dirty. The hallways smelled like wild oinions.”

“Refrigerator didn’t work and informed front desk who said maintenance was on site she will have someone look at it. More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. Was told by staff member Bryson that we would receive a monetary compensation but we did not get anything for our inconvenience.”

“The entire property was a disaster. -Frayed carpet all in our room -Urine smell in room -Damp bed sheets -Blue duct tape pieces holding a part of the inner elevator -Have to hold toilet handle down in order to flush -Carpet on the stairwell looks like it had not been vacuumed in months -Lamps did not work”

“Old and tired facilities. Dirty carpets in hallways. Bathroom door would not close because the entire frame was warped. Air conditioning in lobby was broken and swimming pool was closed because of repairs. Inadequate staffing for the breakfast, one person taking care of two facilities. There were two units at this location, one was for guests with pets, the other was for non pet . We were placed in the pet facility without given a choice. Horrible experience.”
