“The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful. The kids enjoyed the pool (which was clean). They even cleaned off our car after a snow storm. It was the best homewood we've stayed in. ”

“The hotel was in a great location to stay while I had a family member in the hospital across the street. It wasn't super busy and the front desk staff was great about letting us check in about an hour early and getting extra coffee pods and a toothbrush that was forgotten at home. We also accidentally left a hat and they agreed to hold it at the desk until I could return to pick it up a couple days later. “Staff is always nice. I love the rooms. Comfortable, full refrigerator and a table i can pull out and work on anywhere in the room. I try to stay here every time i have to come in for work. ”

“I was in town with friends for UAlbany homecoming. I loved that there one and two bedroom apartment-style rooms, with fully equipped kitchens (stove, oven, and fridge). The rooms were spacious to include the bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only issue was my room was serviced by housekeeping when it was supposed to; however, once I contacted the front desk, they sent up fresh linens.”
