Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom house in Whitby! Located near top attractions like Whitby Harbour, Lynde Shores Conservation Area, and Whitby Civic Centre, this cozy home is ideal for families and small groups.


With a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and a backyard patio for relaxation, you'll feel right at home.


Please note, the basement unit is occupied by tenants and has a separate entrance. Book now for a comfortable stay close to Whitby’s best events and sights!

Our cozy 3-bedroom home offers the perfect retreat in Whitby. The property features a spacious living room with ample seating and a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a dining area perfect for shared meals.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for comfort, with one queen-sized bed, two double-sized beds and plenty of storage space.

The driveway provides parking for up to one vehicle, and the property’s prime location makes it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and parks.

Guests have full access to the house, including three comfortable bedrooms, the living and dining areas, the fully equipped kitchen, and the backyard patio.

Parking is available on the driveway for one car ((only left side of the driveway). Laundry facilities are also available for your stay!


The garage and basement are not accessible, as the basement is occupied by tenants who have their own private entrance.


We aim to provide a cozy, functional, and clean space for our guests. While we encourage you to make yourself at home, please respect the spaces designated for tenant use and adhere to our house rules.

We are available to assist you throughout your stay via phone or messaging. We respect your privacy but are happy to provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and events. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.

The home is nestled in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood in Whitby, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the action. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to Lynde Shores Conservation Area, where you can enjoy scenic trails and wildlife spotting. Whitby Harbour and local beaches provide beautiful spots to relax by the water. For dining and shopping, you’ll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, including those in Whitby’s downtown core. The area also features community parks and recreational centers, making it a vibrant yet calm location to explore.

Getting around Whitby is easy from this centrally located home. The property is just a short drive from Highway 401 and Highway 412, making it convenient for traveling to nearby cities like Oshawa and Toronto. For public transportation, Whitby GO Station is a quick 10-minute drive away, offering train and bus services.

Parking is simple, with space for one vehicle on the driveway. While many attractions are within driving distance, the neighbourhood is also walkable, with local parks, trails, and some shops close by.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighborhood's quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM.

No Garage/Basement Access: The garage is unavailable for guests, however there’s a parking spot available on driveway.

Strict Non-Smoking and No Party Policy: Our home is strictly non-smoking and not suitable for parties. A significant fine of $5,000 will be imposed for any violations of these policies to ensure the upkeep and quality of your stay.

Wi-Fi and Entertainment: Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV (stream with your accounts).

Self Check-In: We offer an easy self check-in process with a keypad.

Safety Measures: The home is equipped with essential safety features like smoke detectors.

Stair Access: Be aware that bedrooms are located upstairs, accessible via stairs.

Understanding these points helps us ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for both our guests and neighbours.
We kindly ask guests to respect the following rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:

- No smoking or vaping on the property.

- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

- Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am to respect our neighbors.

- Please do not host parties or large gatherings at the property.

- For the safety of children, please supervise them at all times.
