Hotel con piscina a Whitchurch

“The bathroom had a gas smell in the night and the toilet in room 215 was extremely difficult to flush . Tv needs a manual and couldn’t get standard channel on but room and view was wonderful. Staff short in breakfast area . Had to wait to get sat down . N still havnt got out toast . Food was lovely when we got it though . ”

“Rooms very clean and comfy. Room service excellent. Need to be able to lock ur room door from inside. ”

“The hotel was exceptional , the rooms were amazing and the food was 5star . The only issue we have is the manner that the head or I presume the head of service in the breakfast restaurant spoke to her staff . She in our view needs to put on a course for man management. I have to say if we had been spoken too the way she addressed her staff we would have walked out . She was the only let down in the whole of the hotel . ”

“The lady in charge of the dining and bar was superb! The lady on reception was excellent. Facilities great and the location spot on! Breakfast was hot and tasty and they even kindly let us in at 9.25am before it closed at 9.30am (we got mixed up with weekend hours). Thank you for a great stay. We will be back. ”
