“We were met at the B&B by Mike, one of the two friendly owner/hosts, a lovely couple from South Africa. He made my husband and I feel welcome and at ease after a difficult drive through very heavy rain. We discussed Parrsboro, the theatre that night, eating as plant based vegans. Mike was knowledgeable, positive and immediately told us not to worry he'd have breakfast ready at their usual 08:30 to 09:30 time. “We stayed for one night and had a mixed experience. The room itself was very cozy and had a nice style to it. We also really appreciated having a full kitchenette instead of just a standard room—it made the stay much more comfortable. On the downside, the air conditioner was quite noisy, the shower could have been cleaner, and the check-in process was frustrating.
