“A lot of trash food trash everywhere all bins full, real loud music in the pool, rooms need an update for sure, front desk not very welcoming but the pool area was great.”

I’m not sure why other reviews are bashing, particularly the customer service, but I had a great experience. Seemed that the other guests I chatted with did too. “Very relaxing place. It’s clean but did see a few insects inside the room of questionable origin. Overall we had a nice stay. Beds comfy, lots of toiletries. The pools are clean. Water crystal clean. Would recommend.”

“We arrived at 3:40 pm for check in and were told the room wasn’t ready and we needed to wait. At 4:20 the room was ready. The staff were not that friendly. The jacuzzi had jets that sprayed upwards? Would not stay there again”
