Hello, thank you for the opportunity to provide a review. We did have a few issues with our stay and since we were unable to cancel we made due. Firstly, our reservation was made with two Queen beds. Upon check in our room only had one Queen bed. The employee told us there were no other rooms available. We had to buy an air mattress at the hardware store for our guest. We also were given a room on the second floor despite having two elderly/ disabled women. This location does not have elevators. Which I believe guests should be informed of in case they have a disability. Our room also did not have hot water the first night and smelled of cigarette smoke despite having a non smoking sign listed on the door. We tried three separate times to call down to the office: 6:35 PM, 7:05 PM and 7:15 PM and the phone would just keep ringing with no answer.
This being a busy weekend in wickenburg I guess we had to accept the situation or face no accommodations.
I do want to note the female employee who worked the night of 2/28 was extremely sweet. We had no problems with her.
