“Hotel nuovissimo in zona di recente urbanizzazione vicinissimo a ristoranti e centro commerciale, affacciato a un laghetto e soprattutto non sembra di essere a Reno che è solo positivo. Pulito, accogliente, camere spaziose, buona colazione.”

“The rooms are very clean and spacious. It's great if you're staying a few days because it has a large refrigerator and a nice little kitchen. Lots of room for luggage.”

“These rooms were very small. We were traveling for sports and had 2 adults and 2 children. Super tight squeeze. I did not notice when booking they were not queen beds they were double beds which did not accomodate us well. We survived but wish i would have noticed because 3 nights was rough with 4 in a room. ”

“Breakfast was ok, ran out of sausage sandwiches, didbt have much to choose from. Our room smelled like smoke(cigarettes). Wasnt happy about that. We were put into a handicapped room, in the smoking section because we had two small dogs, then the bed didnt have a blanket on it at all. ”

“This hotel was very different than what i have ever stayed in. The room was small and reminded me of a college dorm room yet modern. The layout of the room was not well thought out either.”

“The area was in an industrial part of town and not the best part of town! Parking was OK. The hotel staff was very good. We didn’t have any interaction with the housekeeping staff other than getting clean towels. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was very accommodating. The only thing negative in the room was I didn’t have a very comfortable chair and there was no counter space in the bathroom.”

“Breakfast is still awesome. Place is great location and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. 3 stars because no one alerted me to a new parking fee. Really disappointing to see this. ”

“Room was nice. No elevator, only stairs and all rooms are on 2nd & 3rd floor. Terrible sketchy neighborhood. Bartenders were helpful, especially Jess, as there’s no front desk or luggage assistance.”

“The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening.”

“The front desk personnel are top notch. I had issues getting a rental car from the airport and the front desk staff were super helpful. ”

“Nice room”

“Room was clean and the staff was very nice. No issues while we were staying there. We aren't casino people, but came for a volleyball tournament. We were pleasantly surprised at how well we slept. The rooms were really quiet, allowing for a decent night sleep after a long day. ”
