Hotel vicino a Sparks Heritage Museum - Reno

“Most guests had dogs. Dog pee in the elevator and outside on floors. Dogs barking inside rooms No maid service unless you specifically asked the night before. This was not posted anywhere in our room. There was a cleaning rag left in the sink. The AC was too loud and cold, not adjustable. The bed was comfortable was clean, but had an unpleasant odor. Nice shower. No frills. No shower cap, etc. Inconsistent towel quality. Not sure why it was a BW plus, as the room was spartan and the hotel seemed...

“I definitely would not recommend this hotel. Before booking, I called to confirm that a crib, microwave, and refrigerator with a freezer would be available for my 3-month-old baby. This was my first trip traveling with an infant, so I wanted to make sure everything we needed would be provided. Check-in was smooth, and I will say the hotel and casino were clean and beautiful. “This is an older motel however it is very wellaomtained. The room was very cute. It was peaceful. I'm enjoyed it very much. Though the parking is not the best.”

“Average place to stay; nothing outstanding. Pets get to stay free but limited places to walk them.”

“The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town.”

“The outdoor sitting area was super cute, the property was very clean and the amenities and decor were welcoming. The street is very loud at night; helpful ear plugs were provided. The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay.”

“There was an employee named Blanca who was the highlight of our stay, as well as the two male front desk employees (I don’t remember their names), but they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and service ever! The staff is friendly, helpful and the premises were in pristine condition. Definitely staying here again!”
