Hotel vicino a Rail City Casino - Reno

“Casino con solo slot machine e niente altro. Camere di buon livello ma nessun altro tipo di servizio o intrattenimento nei paraggi. Da evitare assolutamente.”

“Clean, helpful staff at desk and at breakfast section; cleaning crew were respectful of notes on the door.”

“Letti comodi”

“Every thing was excellent.”

“I like that the communication was good through the expedia app to contact our accommodations for the studio. Room was very small but clean. Room got extremely hot at night even w fan and air running but air turned off when sleeping. Made for a very hard time resting. Had to take all bedding off to sleep comfortably. Hard children crying late at night after 10pm 11pm.glad it was clean tho”

“Everything has been great. I even locked myself out of my room and getting a new key was so easy. Thank you for letting us stay with our dogs. And understanding our situation.”

“Love this place. Very safe, clean, big space. Easy access to shops and restaurants.”

“The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking.”

“We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use.”
