“Staff was extremely courteous”

“The area was in an industrial part of town and not the best part of town! Parking was OK. The hotel staff was very good. We didn’t have any interaction with the housekeeping staff other than getting clean towels. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was very accommodating. The only thing negative in the room was I didn’t have a very comfortable chair and there was no counter space in the bathroom.”

“This hotel was very different than what i have ever stayed in. The room was small and reminded me of a college dorm room yet modern. The layout of the room was not well thought out either.”

“Breakfast is still awesome. Place is great location and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. 3 stars because no one alerted me to a new parking fee. Really disappointing to see this. ”

“Very clean, friendly staff. Rooms had plenty of space, full size refrigerator and microwave, with sink in room. Beds were comfortable, they are a little tall which made it hard for my semi-handicap mother to get in them, but overall was a great stay, just across from the marina park, and maybe 2 blocks to closest casino. Would stay here again! ”

“Great front desk staff upon arrive, check out and the shuttle. The location and free shuttle service to the airport was why I chose this hotel. My family has stayed there in the past. My expereince was not great. I HATE smell of marijuana throughout the hallways.yuck!! The rug in my room was awful. It had two distinct "wrinkles" perpindicular to each other that posed a significant tripping risk. The room felt "dirty", but the bathroom,sink area dn the microwave/fridge cart were very clean. “On the last day, noticed A/C filter needed to be changed, probably the reason why im having trouble breathing now and feel like my asthma of 25 years ago seems to be coming back... With a vengeance! Parking is a bit tight especially since Many customers seem to be bringing in their big Chevys and Ford F-150's. the lot next to it is parking for Firestation Personnel which has space but you run the risk of getting called out by hotel staff or Fire Dept.”

“There was a vape pen left on the heater and the room was outdated, old and carpet was raggedy. The sheets didn't fit the bed. ”

“The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town.”

“Barley any employees around. It’s a virtual check in so you’re not talking face to face in person. It’s face to face with a computer. The room itself was clean and fine for one night. The property is sketchy. ”
