“We checked in late, BUT had no key to our room. Bed was not comfortable & pillows flattened completely. It was not what we expectedly for a Hyatt, in fact, I was calling it a Lowett Place. A pun, but not wrong. Only one EV charger was working and that spot was taken all night, and combustion engines were parked in EV parking spots. Therefore, handicapped walkways & ramps would be blocked if an EV was as to charge while a combustion mention parked in an EV charging parking spot. EV parking spots...

“Don't book this hotel. It was terrible. Very dark dingey room with no amenities. Light bulb out, small old table, with one straight back chair and no coffee machine. Pool closed and area was poorly maintained.”

“This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The lobby seemed fine and check-in was uneventful, but as soon as the elevator doors opened on the third floor, we were hit with an overwhelming smell of animal urine. The odor was so strong that both my son and I gagged. The hallways were stained and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, our room was even worse. The smell inside was unbearable and made our eyes water. We were traveling with two service dogs and felt uncomfortable letting...

“The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town.”

“The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking.”

“We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use.”
