Hotel vicino a Grand Bay Driving Range - Reno

“The area was in an industrial part of town and not the best part of town! Parking was OK. The hotel staff was very good. We didn’t have any interaction with the housekeeping staff other than getting clean towels. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was very accommodating. The only thing negative in the room was I didn’t have a very comfortable chair and there was no counter space in the bathroom.”

“The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening.”

“The front desk personnel are top notch. I had issues getting a rental car from the airport and the front desk staff were super helpful. ”

“Quiet, clean room. Breakfast was excellent.”

“The room had a sink counter that protruded too much and posed a safety risk, especially when using the restroom at night. The air conditioning did not work properly one night. In addition, the room was not clean—there was a moth in the bathroom and a vodka bottle beside the bed when we first entered. Due to these issues, I will not be booking a stay here again.”

“I enjoyed my stay at the Victorian Inn. The room was clean, had a mini fridge, coffee maker, & microwave. The AC/Heater worked fine and not overly loud. I had access to the elevator. There was parking available for each room. Nice and quiet. I would stay there again.”

“The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town.”
