“Check in was easy as well as check out. Rooms could have been cleaner there was dust and some dirt on the walls and ceiling I wouldn’t stay here for a vacation but for a night after a concert I might again. Room service was nice”

“The area was in an industrial part of town and not the best part of town! Parking was OK. The hotel staff was very good. We didn’t have any interaction with the housekeeping staff other than getting clean towels. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was very accommodating. The only thing negative in the room was I didn’t have a very comfortable chair and there was no counter space in the bathroom.”

“My husband booked this hotel because he thought it was cool that it was an older building and the rooms were only in the 2nd and 3rd floor above a bar & restaurant. The room looked cute- modern decor in an old building. I’m not a neat freak but I do inspect the room. We hadn’t touched the bed and right there under the decor pillow lay two long stands of hair that was clearly not either of ours. Yuck. In the shower, I found several pieces of hair. “This hotel was very different than what i have ever stayed in. The room was small and reminded me of a college dorm room yet modern. The layout of the room was not well thought out either.”

“Breakfast is still awesome. Place is great location and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. 3 stars because no one alerted me to a new parking fee. Really disappointing to see this. ”

“There was someone else’s hair in the tub, there was no plug for the tub or the sink, the toilet was loose and so was the faucet at the sink. The door into the bathroom needed a scrub down. The sheets didn’t fit all the way over the mattress top and were stained (but hopefully clean?). The staff member at the front desk was friendly, though. It was tolerable for a quick overnight stay, but I wouldn’t return here.”

“We were not told of the Spa's many days closed. This was annoying, esp. since we had asked when we inquired about staying there. We were not sure why hours have become so restricted. On the other hand, our room was outstanding. We ate at the hotel more than planned. You waste a lot of food, by overfilling plates.”

“Rooms very dated compared to Expedia online pics .. overall property is not in great condition and the casino definitely attracts the scarier population of Reno.. front desk staff was very nice though ”

“On the last day, noticed A/C filter needed to be changed, probably the reason why im having trouble breathing now and feel like my asthma of 25 years ago seems to be coming back... With a vengeance! Parking is a bit tight especially since Many customers seem to be bringing in their big Chevys and Ford F-150's. the lot next to it is parking for Firestation Personnel which has space but you run the risk of getting called out by hotel staff or Fire Dept.”

“Just awful. The staff was friendly, but overloaded. Sheets were gross and had cigarette burns. The room smelt terrible.”

“I did not feel safe staying here. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. There was not much left of a lumpy mattress. The walls were so thin I didn’t get much sleep. A homeless guy in a wheelchair was right outside my door when I left one time.”
