“This is not a hotel I would recommend for a 1-2 night stay. We were provided with a bar of soap, 1 small bottle of shampoo enough for 1 person and no hair dryer or any supplies for the kitchen. The sheets were scratchy and towels were like sandpaper. Also, only 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical in the gym. I began a workout and immediately was asked how much longer I would be by an older gentleman who wanted to use the treadmill. Had to get off before I finished since he was sitting on the...

“The room we checked into was not clean and had visible debris on the floor, unlined trash cans, a shower that spilled water out and flooded the whole bathroom with every shower, dirty walls and ceilings, and most concerning the room had a strong smell of must and mold.”

“Being from out of state, was welcomed and given hospitality as soon as we entered the door. The place was clean and exactly what we needed for the price. Breakfast was decent and the coffee strong. However, the remote control did not work so no TV was available for the night, until the morning when staff reprogrammed it cheerfully.. Affordability not luxury was the main reason for the stay, and the outdoor swimming pool as well.”

“The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town.”

“Staff was really friendly and likable, helpful. The breakfast was great. Lots of options and well done. Great staff. The room was looking a little worn….could probably use a deep clean and some fresh paint, but was neat and bed was comfortable and clean. The only complaint was the shower. The drain didn’t work well and we were standing in an inch or two of water. We were afraid it was going to overflow.”

“Conveniently located near the airport (almost walking distance) and they offer a free shuttle. The price was reasonable and the rooms were very clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well.”

“This hotel is way over priced and lack of proper management. When we arrived at our room, by the door there was still a pile of garbage left by the previous owner. Inside the kitchen cabinet, the trash can was full as well. We had to call the housekeeping which was the front desk twice to have them removed. Yet the hotel has audacity to charge us $120 pet cleaning fee for just one night, which added to the bill and made it total $700, not mention the low quality breakfast choice. This is a...

“I’ll always stay in the main tower, but this time I stayed on the northside tower and it’s not good at all. had a weird fragrance smell. The floor is squeaky all the time you can hear everything from the neighbors way too far from the casino floor hard to get to it. I don’t recommend staying on the north side tower.”
