“Very clean. Staff were great and very helpful. The only thing that was different than others, was you had to ask for a coffee pot and coffee and for a blow dryer. They weren't already in the room. wasn't a big deal. I understand that it helps from people stealing their stuff.”

“Hotel nuovissimo in zona di recente urbanizzazione vicinissimo a ristoranti e centro commerciale, affacciato a un laghetto e soprattutto non sembra di essere a Reno che è solo positivo. Pulito, accogliente, camere spaziose, buona colazione.”

“These rooms were very small. We were traveling for sports and had 2 adults and 2 children. Super tight squeeze. I did not notice when booking they were not queen beds they were double beds which did not accomodate us well. We survived but wish i would have noticed because 3 nights was rough with 4 in a room. ”

“The room wasn’t very clean. The coffee pot looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in probably two years. When I mentioned it at the time of checkout, the lady at the counter didn’t even apologize. She just said next time maybe you should come down and tell us about it. Plus, there were dogs in just about every room and all I heard was barking. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again.”

“There was nothing in the kitchen, no coffee maker of any kind, and no hair dryer. I would at least expect a coffee maker and a hairdryer. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean, but TV was too small for the room and was hard to see from the beds. I really wanted to love this place so we could come back again and again, but I need to think about it. ”

“The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town.”

“The area was in an industrial part of town and not the best part of town! Parking was OK. The hotel staff was very good. We didn’t have any interaction with the housekeeping staff other than getting clean towels. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was very accommodating. The only thing negative in the room was I didn’t have a very comfortable chair and there was no counter space in the bathroom.”

“Nicely renovated hotel that accommodates dogs, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are cute, but very small. Shower has glass walls so your partner can watch you I guess. Loud AC, but is better than no AC. Only has a tea kettle and instant coffee in the room, but it was good. ”

“Room was nice. No elevator, only stairs and all rooms are on 2nd & 3rd floor. Terrible sketchy neighborhood. Bartenders were helpful, especially Jess, as there’s no front desk or luggage assistance.”
