“The hotel has a good value for money since also the rich buffet breakfast is included in the rates. Laundry is possible, including air dryers. Rooms are large and equipped with fridge and microwave. Staff is nice and helpful. Restaurants nearby, at walking distance. I will go again. ”

“The room was super clean (like brand new) and the bed was simple and comfortable. The one thing that surprised me is that there was no hair dryer in the room. Otherwise, everything was there for an overnight stay.”

“Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast in the restaurant located in the Casino was delicious and service was excellent.”

“It was really annoying pulling your ID out every time to go in and out to our car to get back into the hotel to pass security. I understand it’s a casino but we are guests of the hotel. The room smelled so bad, we had to have the window open the entire time we stayed, which didn’t help. I had an asthma attack because of how Smokey the room smell was. On the positive side, The staff were very nice!”

“Room and facilities were nice. No housekeeping provided unless you request it at least 24 hours in advance. This was not explained to us at check in.”

“The room too bright because the curtain was missing, so very hard to get good sleep and we were tired so you can imagine and the toilet won’t flush, the bathtub was very slowly draining”

“Super disappointed with our stay. We were in town for a basketball tournament so very aware there were going to be lots of kids and noise however there is a major design flaw on the second floor and there is a large seating area directly outside the room we stayed in so kids were hanging out and being loud well past midnight. Tried to call the front desk multiple times with no answer. Additionally, toilet did not work correctly and the seat was broken causing it to slide all over as you sat....

“The hotel was great. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Great location off the freeway and next to BigFoot Java and 7Eleven. I would give it 5 stars but there was a constant beeping coming from somewhere in the room near the bed. I didn’t get any sleep; it kept me up all night. The guy at the front desk just said maintenance will check it out. The TV also didn’t work (it turned on but the channel buttons didn’t work).”
