“Nice property. Wish the breakfast area was located somewhere other than the front door. And wish for more variety of breakfast items.”

“The gym needed some improvement. And i am not a fan of pets in the breakfast area. The dog was NOT a service dog. And she petted her dog then went up to get her food at the breakfast buffet.”

“TV control didn't work, so no TV. Serviceman that was promised never showed up. Gave up waiting for repair in order to watch TV at midnight. Huge issues with expedia mis booking. Expedia agreed to give authorization # to hotel, but hotel won't respond to expedia. 100% penalty for a room I never occupied. Manager not readily responding if at all to requests for help that have to be routed thru apathetic and un empowered staff. Bad experience with hotel and Expedia, there partner agent booking....

“Comoda, pulita, personale molto gentile. Hanno trovato subito una soluzione per permetterci di fare il check in anticipato. Ottimo. La colazione in generale non era delle migliori, ma il problema più grosso era la mancanza di opzioni senza glutine. Sono celiaca, non mi aspetto di trovare molte scelte, ma nel 2025 non avere neanche dei biscotti confezionati o qualcosa di simile per eventuali clienti celiaci lo trovo veramente inaccettabile. La stanza aveva la cucina, quindi avrei potuto cucinare...

“Very basic hotel room, but it’s all I needed for 1 night. Spacious, clean and a fairly comfortable mattress. I would stay again!”

“I was informed that elevator has been out of service for two months and I was on the third floor with significant luggage.”

“The breakfast was good, coffee etc. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. A/C worked well. The only issues were the back of the bathroom door was severely chewed up looking and badly damaged from previous guests and the upstairs occupants were loud and didn't quiet down until about 1:30am. For the cost, I rated it as ok/good. Location was great though right off I-40 west. Plenty of nearby restaurants available too.”

“Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!”
