“Our stay here was perfect— 5 mins from the ferry to Mackinac, very clean and modern interior, and check in/out was quick and easy! This is a perfect place to stay, we didn’t mind it being on the smaller side as we spent most of our trip out and about. For the price you cannot beat this especially compared to other surrounding options! ”

“I wanted to mention two staff members who really stood out to me: The first one was Rebekah (sp?) who helped me find the washer and dryer for guests. She didn't just point me in the right direction, but walked me there and even told me where to get soap if I needed it. After that, she walked me to the exercise room. The other lady I want to mention was Jessica at the front desk. She was extremely hospitable and helpful. ”

Only issue we had was that management tries to save money from 10pm until 9 AM and closes the lobby with a sign that tells you to go down the street to the crown plaza if there are any issues. Thought that to be very poor customer service and we would choose a different hotel next time”
