“Staff very nice. Reasonably priced and close to goo shopping.”

“The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, and lots of lights. Staff Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast has a variety of options, served on real dishes. Only downside was waffle batter dispenser wasn’t working so an employee used her fingers ( not wearing gloves) to unplug it. I no longer wanted a waffle.”

“Staff were really nice.. The breakfast options were good. Free parking. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Room was not cleaned during 4 day stay. But we just bagged the garbage and disposed of it.”

“I love the way the hotel was established by the way of his clean rooms the lovely staff and meet and greeting and also excellent parking in the pool was also very refreshing to cool off from a hard day at work.”

“We have stayed at the Burgundy Hotel many times when coming to Little Rock. It's very conveniently located and the rooms are nice. Diara, one of the associates at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Overall, our stay went well. Just one hiccup- we were traveling with our pet Maltese, and I call ahead to find out the hotel's policy and was told that the pet fee would be $200 at which point I asked if it was refundable and the associate checked with a manager while I was on the phone...

“Loved the location of the property.... landscaping beautiful... breakfast pretty good... waiting on one elevator for cleaning staff to move their room carts was a long wait... and the only thing I notice with this group of hotels is NOISE.... they need extra insulation when building....”
