“This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. ✨ As soon as I walked into the lobby, the vibe was amazing — it felt like a trendy club with people genuinely enjoying themselves. Honestly, I didn’t even want to go up to my room after checking in. The outdoor lounge area was beautiful, cozy, and had such a romantic atmosphere. “The refrigerator was exceptionally loud when it cycled on. There wasn’t any lotion in the dispenser. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.”

“ Idid not eat breakfast we had other plans . But everything else that you would want in a good motel it offered it. I have stayed there before and will stay again. One thing would be nicer if it had two chairs in a double room instead of one.”

“This place was clean, it's in a great location and the staff was amazing. The only reason I could not give this hotel 5 stars is because you hear everything in this hotel. So if you are a light sleeper you may want to reconsider but other than that I would definitely stay again. ”

“On par with all the Embassy Suites I have stayed at. Nicely appointed, but there seems to be some wear and tear on some furnishings in the lobby that screams deferred maintenance (torn up vinyl seating on a bench in the dining / lounge area easily spotted in any of the elevators).”

“Overall, an overpriced average hotel. The front desk staff needs to be more helpful and polite. If you book through Expedia, they will charge a $65 resort fee per night, per person. I will not return to this property again. Expedia should disclose all fees, including the resort fee, upfront.”

“The facilities are fresh and new. It was very comfortable. Staff was exceptionally friendly, responsive and helpful. Breakfast and other aminnities contributed to make it an good value. It was also very convenient but just out of the way enough to be quiet. ”

“I had been driving all day from Wichita Falls and arrived later than expected due to driving in the rain. Shawn is an angel, he helped me check in smoothly & understood I was very stressed out. I left to get food, and upon returning to the hotel Shawn saw me as I was going into the elevator. He found my credit card that I dropped after checking in and he returned it to me. “Everything was very nice. The staff was great! Pillows could've been better. They were flat. Pancake maker was out of order but breakfast options were not bad. Location was the best! ”

“Customer service was excellent! The hotel is under some construction. Bathroom is outdated. No ice machine available on any of the guest room floors. Unfortunately there was a roach inside of the refrigerator inside of my room, the front desk switched my room with no hesitation! Hotel has a bar onsite, service was great at bar, too!”
