“They overbooked and said that there was no hot water and moved us to a hotel further away from the base. ”

“Was a great place to stay to see my son’s BMT graduation. Close to the base.”

“The staff was very kind to work with. I unfortunately the property itself is the underwhelming part. They do have a pool but it isn't clean at all, the room itself was not bad. There were two dogs that tried to attack me and my family if we walked a certain direction. But it was affordable:)”

“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”

“The room was felty dirty with a pile of food leftovers on a side table, the mattresses had no sheets or bedding and it had a horrible odor, we didn’t stay, the clerk apologized and said that he wrote a note to you, so I can have a full refund ”

“Paid 200 bucks for room with jetted tub and it did not work. Long hair was on counter clearly not mine.dead bug in the regular tub room definitely wasnt properly cleaned ”

“Not the best area of town. I parked in front of the office to feel better. Bed mattress was pretty bad and old with springs.”

“Gates are locked for entry around the premises so must enter from Valley Hi. Non smoking but smell cigarettes. Water pressure could be better. Water is hot. I felt safe enough. Across from H.E.B. happyface.”
