“There was a hiccup during check in due to the hotel not receiving the message about our dog staying with us. The hotel think this is due to Expedia not passing on the message. Anyway, the hotel quickly dealt with the problem and we had a lovely time. The food was excellent.”

“We had a very warm welcome on arrival. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. Very dog friendly and it was great we could eat with our dog in the bar. The family room was very clean and good size. Not a great view of the fire escape but it didn’t matter for one night. In a great location in the seafront and easy to park outside on the road for free. ”

When we showed reception picture of room which was booked they changed room to room on picture immediately. It was mentioned that it should not have been advertised as a superior room. Hotel was perfect for a warm , quiet welcome after a day walking. Staff were fantastic. ”

“I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The location is perfect — there’s a supermarket just a short walk away, which was super convenient. What really stood out to me were the owners. It’s a family-run place and you can genuinely feel how much they care about their guests. They were incredibly kind and welcoming.
