Guest Protection Options
We offer two options for guest protection:

Security Deposit – A refundable $500 hold placed on the guest’s card before check-in, released after departure if no damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations are found.

Damage Waiver – A non-refundable $150 fee that covers accidental damages (like broken dishes or minor scratches) up to $150, without tying up guest funds.

Guests may choose one of these protection options. The options are not charged together.

While these are outside of our control, we’re always happy to help where we can and do our best to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests.
