“Staff were happy to deal with a couple of requests re changing the duvet and pillows to non feather/down filling and they had pre-installed a dog bed and bowl, which saved me another trip to the car thankfully.

“Large, very clean room. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with great shower. Nice toilet products to use. Plentiful, tea, coffee and biscuits provided as well as a small fridge with bottled water.
Attractive restaurant with a good range of menu options. Ate there 2 nights and the food was very good. Some excellent desserts too!
Breakfast was also very good and flexible options.
All of the staff were very polite, helpful and always happy to offer advice on local area. Their breakfast...
“The location was ideal for our travel plans and was a rural, quiet spot. The room was so inviting with dual aspect views and good lighting. There was plenty of parking and the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. ”

Nella teiera nell'armadio della camera abbiamo trovato le bustine di té bagnate del cliente precedente!...
“Albergo silenzioso e dall’aria familiare. Camera grande e ariosa. Anche i Beatles hanno soggiornato in questo hotel. Antico ma ristrutturato. Molte spine nella camera.
Peccato per i materassi sfondati e per il bagno sporco, scarno, senza una luce allo specchio e senza nessuna mensola. Asciugamani insufficienti. Mancava un tappetino per il bagno. ”
“L'hotel si trova in un'area di sosta dell'autostrada. La posizione è comoda per chi vuole muoversi nei dintorni senza fermarsi solo a Southampton che dista comunque 10 min di macchina. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, i rumori da fuori si sentono poco e c'è un ampio parcheggio a disposizione. Molto comodo anche il mc donald's e lo shop attaccati all'hotel e aperti 24h ( siamo arrivati in hotel alle 3 a.m.).
